Before your appointment
Take a few minutes to think about what's not working in your space, and what you love about it. Bring any inspiration images you've been saving. Pinterest boards, magazine pages, anything goes. The more we know going in, the more useful your consultation will be.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We'll always do our best to get you back on the calendar quickly.
Payment
Consultation fees are collected at the time of booking. For full-service projects, we'll walk through our fee structure during your appointment so there are no surprises.
